 Recently Positive Images by Rettberg photographed a large event at the Omni International Hotel. It was a "March Madness" event for the Aetna Insurance Company, and consisted of photographing meetings, presentations, products and a theme party. Amy Klein, director of Catering services, contacted us on a Monday and we were able to supply full coverage of the event on a 24 hour notice.

| $750 full day coverage: 5-8 hours total |
*Film cost, processing and proofing - $45 per roll |
| $450 half day coverage: 2-4 hours total |
*Film cost, processing and proofing - $50 per roll |
Additional print costs:
| 8x10 - 1-5 copies, same pose - $25 each |
5x7 - 1-5 copies, same pose - $20 each |
| 5 copies, same pose - $20 each |
5 copies, same pose - $15 each |
Normal turnaround time is 5-7 working days
Rush service available - 24 hours 100%; 48 hours 50%
Contact us if you are drawing up a proposal for an organization and we can customize a coverage to fit your package. Payment for photographic coverage must be made at time of event. Any other balances are due on a 30 day basis
